VILLA ALEGRÍA

The house is located on a large plot, and its volume is divided into two floors. From 1996 to 2001 it housed a Hunting Farm in which 5,000 partridges lived. The rehabilitation operation and architectural configuration of the plant had to respect the structure and the gaps in the façade. With a radial distribution, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that accommodate 12-15 guests. The kitchen, with incredible views of the Sierra de San Jorge, is bathed in the sun at dawn.

The finishes are white with a minimalist line, contrasted only by the Dekton Trillium that covers the large table. For the kitchen, Solid Surface by Franke is chosen, thus achieving that a single material is made for the doors, the countertop and the sink, and avoiding any visible joint.
