Franke de la Fuente

The idea is to create a brand identity that will be repeated in its other offices. An implantation based on a central distributor and organizer of the circulations is proposed. Natural light is maximized and a glass partition elegantly divides the space. The sobriety is provided by the finishes and materials. Dekton Micron becomes supporting paper for the firm ‘frankedelafuente’. Other porcelain finishes are projected on the surfaces parallel to the ground, such as the L-shaped counter, or the monolithic coffee table in the reception area. It is a game of veins on a white background that provide a haven, as opposed to the risky dark of the rest. Lighting is planned and designed to highlight rooms, pieces of furniture, or simply paths. That is, the spots in the false ceiling ensure a minimum luminance throughout the space, homogeneous and distributed, avoiding creating shadowy corners. Then, indirectly projected LED lines guide the user and decorate the furniture, connecting all the parts of the room. Finally, designer pendant lights are the finishing touch.
